Lifinity redemptions

Lifinity’s wind-down plan on Solana uses xLFNTY redemptions to distribute proportional USDC allocations to token holders. Its published notice requires users to claim all assets by December 31, 2026. All support, including the website, ends after that date.

Treasury Claims and Other Withdrawals

Treasury Allocation for Token Holders
The wind-down route uses xLFNTY as the asset exchanged for USDC. LFNTY and veLFNTY holders were directed to convert their tokens into xLFNTY before redemption.
Existing Positions and Rewards
Remaining liquidity positions and claimable rewards need their corresponding withdrawals or claims. A treasury redemption alone doesn’t establish that these separate assets have been collected.

Token Redemption Stages

Stage Action and Responsibility Timing and Conditions
Token Conversion The holder converts LFNTY or veLFNTY into xLFNTY for treasury redemption. Before USDC redemption. A holder with xLFNTY already has the redemption asset.
Initial Redemption The holder exchanges xLFNTY for a proportional USDC allocation from the wind-down treasury. Lifinity’s published deadline for asset claims is December 31, 2026.
Residual Distribution The plan distributes remaining unclaimed USDC pro rata to addresses that claimed their initial allocation. One year after claims go live, conditional on USDC remaining unclaimed.

A wallet that hasn’t made an initial claim isn’t in the stated recipient group for residual funds. The one-year interval runs from the opening of claims; it doesn’t restart with each wallet’s conversion or claim.

Historical Payout Estimates

SolanaFloor’s December 18, 2025 wind-down report gave a community estimate of $0.90 to $1.10 per token, based on treasury book value. That estimate was subject to changes in the prices of treasury assets before consolidation. It wasn’t a fixed redemption rate or confirmation of a particular holder’s received USDC.
